Important Note: By downloading, installing or using the Rafiqa app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. For questions, you can write to rafiqa@masync.co.
1. Scope of Service
Rafiqa is a mobile application that provides daily routine reminders, alarm management, prayer times, measurement records, and family communication services to simplify the daily lives of elderly individuals.
2. Terms of Use
When using the app, you agree to the following:
- You may only use the application for lawful purposes.
- You cannot share your account information with third parties.
- Entering false measurement data through the application is prohibited.
- Individuals under the age of 18 may use it under parental supervision.
3. Subscription and Payment
The application operates on a paid subscription model. Subscription fees apply at the end of the trial period. Your subscription is managed through Google Play; cancel from Play Store > Subscriptions. For our refund policy, please contact rafiqa@masync.co.
4. Limitation of Liability
Rafiqa is NOT a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Values you enter or that are read are not interpreted, not judged as normal or abnormal, and no threshold or alert is produced from them; the measurement journal is a notebook. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Fall detection and the help button are not a substitute for emergency services; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
5. Service Changes
Changes to the terms of service take effect upon notification within the app or to your registered email address.
6. Dispute Resolution
Courts of the Republic of Turkey hold jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, and Turkish law shall apply.
